I am a 36 yo. laid back, easy going, quite, guy here. I don't tend to have a lot of friends come over, pretty much stay in most of time. But i do try to stay active, and cook @ home most of time. In winter time I do tend to keep it warm and toasty in the apartment. ( dont like being cold ) The whole townhouse is 1050 sq. ft. Carpet through-out the townhouse. Living room is furnished along with kitchen. The room for rent is 11' x 12' an walk in closet, currently has 2 removable book cases
