We have a house. Me and my family live up on the second floor and we want to rent out the first floor which is a one bedroom apartment including a full bathroom and lots of closets. The rooms are furnished which includes one king bed. Separate entry to the apartment. All the utilities and wifi included in the rent. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
