I prefer to find a young professional or fellow graduate student to room with. I do not mind occasional parties, perhaps on a bimonthly or monthly basis, and may plan an occasional party myself. I do not care what gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or etc... that you are, as long as you are respectful. I would not mind overnight guests even it occurred on a regular basis as long as they were respectful, and friendly.
