A neat, clean safe place to stay, i expect no rodents, roaches, and other pests. i dont have too much traffic in and out of my room. im clean and respectful and will recipricate the same to all. a storage space would be nice but not required. easy going and getrs along with open minded people. race is not important as long as everyone respects each other.
