Our ideal roommate would be 21-35, mature, respectful, honest, quiet and hard working with a steady income and very clean. There are three other roommates that live in the house, 2 male/1 female all in our mid-late 20's with full time jobs working a variety of shifts during the week. The majority of the time, our house is a comfortable quiet. We do occasionally have friends over to watch movies or to cook dinner on the weekends, but nothing that ever gets out of hand.
