I am a white, single, 44 yr old straight male new to the Charleston area. I am a plumber by profession and looking for employment. However, my monthly rent is guaranteed by family until I can get on my feet. I have a medium size dog who rarely barks. Would prefer a furnished room with kitchen privileges. I am tidy and won’t be having guests over since I don’t know anyone in Charleston yet. Thank you for considering me as your roommate.
