I have a large room available (furnished optional) with a private bathroom, private entrance, shared kitchen and living room. It's just me in the house (28yrs old) which in total has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room with washer and dryer. Internet access and utilities included, also tv with netflix, hulu, and most streaming services available. Large yard. Deposit of $150. Newly renovated and a smart home.
