I was originally supposed to move into Joseph's Corner this August with two roommates, but am now unable to. I have already put down a $1200 deposit, including the first month's entire rent. I do expect to be repaid the deposit that I put down, but I will work with you if you need payment plans, etc. Joseph's Corner is a privately owned complex with only 8 units, so the upkeep is great. Each room has private balcony & walkin closet! The living room/kitchen is open and HUGE! Great place!
