Hi! I am joining this site in a dilemma... I have had a fantastic roomie for the past year; we just signed a new lease because we love the place, but I am excited to annouce that she has since become engaged. While I am happy for her (I'm her maide of honor), I now need to find someone to take her spot on the lease as I cannot afford the entire rent on my own.
