Hi! I am joining this site in a dilemma... I have had a fantastic roomie for the past year; we just signed a new lease because we love the place, but I am excited to annouce that she has since become engaged. While I am happy for her (I'm her maide of honor), I now need to find someone to take her spot on the lease as I cannot afford the entire rent on my own. She would like to move out asap to move in with her fiance, so if any of you are even slightly interested, please inquire! :)
