I am a 35 year old professional woman looking to rent a room. I am clean, quiet, respectfull, and do not have guests over. I work for a cable company and part of my benifit package is I do get free cable tv including all the premiums and sports channels and high speed internet. I would be able to have that installed through the entire house if interested. Also I am a HUGE MN Wild fan. :)
