I'm looking for someone who is reliable enough to pay their half of the rent on time every month, who takes at least one shower every 24 hours, who doesn't have warrants out for their arrest, who has a roach-free apartment, and no pitbull or children running around. Other than that, I'm very easy going. I'm organized and respectful and very copecetic. I'm basically a "what's mine is yours" kind of person.
