I’m a current Service Member moving into a large 4/2.5//2 on the strand right inside IB. I will be using 2 bedrooms and will have 1or 2 available for you. I prefer renting to a fellow Service Member of E5/O and above. Split utilities and rent if you use both rooms, if not it will be $1000/month. I have a 3 yr old who travels to Texas often to see the grandparents . Open to housing an honest, clean and responsible tenant. No smoking home. Access to pool, hot tub, laundry in unit.
