I'm a friendly, person that loves to walk, read & cook. I have a 7 yrs old Yorkie, that very quite & never uses the house for his bathroom. He does not shead hair. I'm on a 6 month job assignment with work hrs are 7am to 6pm. I normally go home to the LA area on the week-ends. I'm a good listener & take pride in my home, and have respect for others and their property. I'd love to speak with my perspective landlord so they & me can get a better feel. I've done volunteer work with Big Sis, VA.+
