I live in an apartment by myself, and have a room available for someone. Everything else is furnished, so they will just need to bring stuff for their own room. Only one more pet is allowed, I already have a cat. I have rented a washer/dryer unit, and that is included in the rent price. This apartment is on the first floor, and is a 5-10 min. drive to downtown, without having to take I-35 or Mopac. It is really close to St. Edward's University.
