Okay-kid-A

I am looking for a room to rent. Or someone responsible to go in halfsies with me on an apartment or a small house to rent with both of our names on the lease. I have two cats. I don't smoke cigarettes anymore, but I do vape, but outside only. If you smoke, that's fine, just as long as it's outside and not in the house. I'm not over the top an OCD neat freak, but I am very neat, and organized. I'm not into clutter, and I'm especially NOT into having bugs in the house.
