The apartment is walking distance from the circle in Old Towne Orange and close to many freeways. I have recently moved in and most everything is furnished (with the exception of your room of course) but I would be willing to move some things if you have better furniture. The room is somewhat small but there is ample storage space in the closets and in the garage. The bathroom has a nice shower head and a bath tub. Overall the apartment is pretty spacious.
