I’m looking to rent a room with someone or from someone on a month to month basis. I’d prefer my own bathroom. I’d like to have a roommate that doesn’t drink or get high. I’m moving to get away from Southern California and want to focus on school and myself more. I have two rats named Malcolm and Nipsey. They’re my babies and I’d appreciate someone that isn’t disgusted by them... rats are like little dogs!! Also they are very clean and do not smell.
