Hi, I'm a back to school student and I work full time. For the most part I will be gone while attending school. I am respectful and polite towards others. All I expect in a roommate is the same. I like to go out every now and then but I don't bring it back with me. I have been with the same job for 10 years and I pay rent on time every time.
