We have 2 extra bedrooms in our house and we want to rent them out to guys. My friend and I are both guys who are easy to get along with, we go about our business and schedule, are not loud, and we have fun. My friend is up early in the morning, where as I'm a more of a late person. The two guys will share the main bathroom and will take turns cleaning it. The house is in Bentonville close by many stores and other things. We have a gym the guys can use. Must clean up after each use in kitchen.
