I'm very respectful of other people and expect the same respect that I give, but I also want somebody who knows how to have fun. I'm looking for somebody who is not messy, around the age of 18-25, I do not want to pay more than 300 rent per month myself...I do have a boyfriend that will be moving in with me and not paying rent for a little while, but later will pay his share. I'm going to college so I will need study time.
