Owners of current place are planning on moving and wanting to sell, so need a place withing the coming month. Have a stable paycheck and electric bike for transportation, I keep to myself but won't shy about if you want to talk or hangout. I don't smoke or use drugs, drink rarely/socially. Am pretty quiet so noise factor won't be an issue. Love animals so if you have animals you'll see me alot more then if you don't lol. Am a huge movie/TV show buff.
