I Have an extra room for rent in an apartment I’m renting myself, there is no lease with the landlord. It’s a 4-5 min drive to campus, very private residence, big back/front Yard. One bathroom. Washer and dryer. Plenty of spae. Im 23, Im a waitress, live by myself looking for someone willing to split the cost of the rent electricity and gas. There is internet acces. I’m barely at the house cause I work long hours.so you would have total privacy concerning your space.
