Its a big bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. 425 includes everything. I have a nice female cat..just wanted to say incase anybody is allergic. Off street parking, walking distance to 2 bus stops, smoking outside only, roommate has their own refrigerator I supply, the room has a king sized bed and built in dressers.
