My wife and I live in a quiet gated community across from the pool and hot tub. The area is called Marina Bay, we are 1-block from the water and bay trail that goes all the way to emeryville. The room is in the front of the house with its own private bathroom, we have a seperate refrigator in the garage for your use and we have Wi-Fi in the house. The house has alot of privacy.
