I m 62 years old and collect disability payments on the 3rd of every month. I am quiet, neat, clean and stay pretty much to my self. I have 27 years clean/sober so no drugs or alcohol. No loud music or T. V. ( I have headphones for my T. V. ) I am friendly and easygoing as well as self-sufficient. I am capable of getting around on my own, no wheel chair, crutches, et. Just looking for a quiet, safe, comfortable place to live.
