Hi all! I’m 25 starting a job as a teaching assistant at the end of August in the town of Dedham. I don’t drive-atm-so I’d like to be as close to the schools there. A Sep. 1st lease is preferable but am able to wait till Oct if need be. I’m friendly, love the outdoors, and pretty neat! I don’t smoke or do drugs. My budget is $1000-1200.
