I am renting a room in my 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath house in Grant Park. I am located on the same street as the Beacon only a few blocks from the zoo and grant park. The rent includes utilities and street parking out front. Walk to restaurants, shops and the belt line. I am a business owner and own a salon in buckhead. I would prefer a short term lease 3 to 4 months but am open for 12.
