I am seeking a roommate for a 3rd floor 2BR/1BA apartment located on 8th St and 10th Ave in Huntington. Roommate will have the larger of the two bedrooms, unfurnished, with a window A/C, baseboard heater and private closet. Living room is fully furnished. Bathroom is shared. Comcast internet cable is already installed in the apartment with established Wi-Fi. Roommate will have full access to the kitchen, and I do have dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Coin-op washer and dryer are available.
