Hey, My name is Allison and i have a room for rent in my house. Its a 3bdrm 2 bthrm, about 5 mins from downtown and 5 mins from lexington/ barnett shoals. I need someone to move in asap! Rent is 350 (furnished or unfurnished) plus 1/2 of the utilities, i would guess about 100 each. Not really sure yet because i just moved in myself. The house and room are ready for imediate move in!
