If you have a small airplane we can discuss hangaring it for an additional monthly fee. Landlord / roommate only home 2-3 days/week. Community has 2 beaches, fishing/canoeing lake, hiking trails, and campgrounds. Golf course nearby. 35 min to NAS Patuxent, 20 to Calvert Cliffs Power Plant, 60 min to Andrews AFB
