We are an older couple looking to rent a basement or large room or rooms for $500 or less a month, util, internet, cable incl. Hubby works-is gone alot. I don't. We have bedroom furniture & need storage. I'm quiet, laid back, enjoy good conversation. Don't like drinking, drugs or drama. I read my bible, enjoy TV & internet.We can pay weekly and will be staying until we find our new home unless we love it there & you & we decide we are a good fit.
