25, working for architectural firm in Arlington. Have been splitting a townhouse with three other women; lease is up at the end of July. Has been acceptable living arrangement, but not terrific, and am ready to move along. Want to find, share house/apt walking distance of Metro station or on 2, 3, 23 or 38 bus line. Looking for someone financially responsible, keeps the noise down after 10, cleans up after self in common areas. Reasonable amount of sanity & social adjustment a plus.
