Hi, I am looking to rent a single room and a private bathroom. I do not do well in a hot or humid house so if you like to keep temp on the warmer side, I probably won't be able to rent the space. Otherwise, I am easy going, perfectly chill, like to be around people and equally like to be alone, each is perfectly fine. I am semi-retired and own two online businesses. i will be working out of my room on my computer, so reliable wifi and internet are a must. thanks for posting. location?
