I'm amiable,considerate w/great sense of humor. My time is spent in rm/ofc mostly.I need someone clean, considerate, respectful for life & prop. There's an abundance of wildlife here,an appreciation for it would be essential.Ocean is 2 blks away,back yd is Par 3,lighthouse is 1 blk & Pebble Bch less than 2 mi. Apt is like B&B.
