My name is Emmanuel L. Scott and I am a 57 year old man seriously seeking a furnished room either in a house, townhouse, apt., or condo. I hope to find a room either in Gresham, OR Troutdale, OR Wood Village, OR Fairview, OR I am gainfully employed, but I am only able to pay $450.00/month with utilities included in the rent. Unable to pay first last and/ or deposit. I don't have any pets, I have never been arrested, I don't smoke anything nor do I drink. I don't party. I do know how to cook and I do clean up after myself.
