My name is Phebe, I’m 21 and a psychology major. I’m looking for a private room and bathroom, unfurnished. Preferably not in student housing, but close to UWG. I’m laidback and easy going but I like to keep everything very clean. I have a fiancé and she would visit/stay over often. I don’t mind having friends over but I do like to communicate about it out of respect! I’m not a big party person, my studies definitely come first, but I do like to go out occasionally. I’m pretty outgoing!
