Just a nice sized room with someone down to earth and respectful. its just me, Phil, i have no animals, and the only person that would come over would be my gf of two years. i dont have many concerns, girl guy doest matter. i work and would keep steady payments, in fact id hardly be home. i do smoke but i would have no problem going outside. cleaning doesnt bother me a bit, and i like to party but i stick to myself. that would be great.
