Clean room (138x138), walk in closet (47x58) Not furnished 2b 2b, 1200sq ft apartment on 9th floor, close to Biscayne Blvd. DW in unit, laundry in building. Month-month is fine, only issue: parking. Gates close @8pm and only cars with parking tag can park. Parking tag provided by office if added to lease (12months) I'm a sales professional in eCommerce, WFH (my office in my bedroom) Easy going, friendly! I typically cook, not eat out. Every other weekend my 12yo daughter visits
