Summary

I am a young 64 year old woman who is looking to share space in a house with a congenial atmosphere. I have a background in health care, with a strong interest in the creative arts. I would prefer a private bedroom, but don't mind sharing other living spaces, i.e. kitchen etc. It would be nice to have access to green spaces, such as a yard or nearby park. I am looking for a housemate who is cheerful and positive and with whom I can communicate with clearly and easily.
