$350.00 is just a ball park figure. Depends on the place and chemistry with roommate. Will be second resident for out of town travel, so may not be there much of the time. Have always been a responsible non smoker, non drinker, a very settled down guy that only wants a place to stay in the rural setting of Winn Parish to get away for brief periods throughout the year without chronically paying hotels / motels through the nose. May keep this arrangement for a time or eventually buy there.
