This is a two story house that has been turned into two apartments, upstairs and downstairs. I am living in the downstairs and that is where the room that is for rent is at. There is a nice view and the place is on 3 acres, but right off of 17k close to 84. I work full time and am going to school, so Im not around all that much. I dont mind drinking moderately, but im not looking for any big partying or noise.
