I'm renting a house from my best friend who moved to Alaska to work and need a roommate to help out. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath house off Vegas/Rainbow. I'm laid back, don't do drugs and don't smoke in the house. I need someone RELIABLE that can pay rent and bills ON TIME every month. I've had bad luck with roommates and am sick of hearing sob stories about your finances. That's not my responsibility. Rent would be $450/mo plus half the bills (around 600/mo total)
