I am a law student at Carolina and a graduate student at Duke. Prefer a neat, non-smoking, decent, considerate graduate student with no furniture. I have a 7 year old daughter who stays with me 1 or 2 nights of the week. Room is fully furnished, including queen bed, two nightstands, lamp, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, and bookcase. Also, high-speed wireless Internet, standard cable, and a new refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. Rent includes everything. Picture is of me and my girlfriend.
