About this household

I have a two bedroom two bath house in a really nice rural area. The bedroom that’s available is actually two rooms, the bedroom plus another room with a door that can be used for storage or expanding the bedroom. I’m a 58 year old male looking for a female roommate, but I assure you that it’s not what you’re thinking. I’ve had several roommates in the past both male and female and things always worked better with the female roommates. It seems to be a good balance.house chores,etc.
