Down the middle, split duplex off of Turner Dr. A route bus is a short walk down the hill. A 25 minute walk to campus. Less than 10 minute walk to Dissmores. Carpets were replaced before we moved in three years ago, we don't wear shoes inside the house. Nice neighbors. Apple tree in the backyard and a plum tree in the front. We get our lawn mowed for us. Rental is through Helene's Property Place, great Broker, they respond quickly and great customer service.
