My house is located just north of Northtown mall in Spokane. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. I have a driveway so it is not necessary to park your car on the street. I have a partial covered patio out back, great for barbecues, with good sized front and back yards for the city. The house is somewhere around 800 sq ft. The room is just under 12 ft X 12 ft.
