This LARGE bedroom is in a super lovely clean two-story house, and it comes with its bathroom, fridge, garage door opener, own entrance door, walking closet. There will be a rental agreement along with respective background checks. Please note that a Deposit equals a half month of rent. I don't mind if you smoke; know we have a very relaxing deck area with a nice view of nature here for you. There is No smoking or vaping inside the house.
