There is a $50 app. fee and you need 2 have good enough credit (with no arrests/evictions) 2 be able 2 pass a typical apt. credit check. You would be on the lease, equal partners. There is only a deposit if your credit is not good. You would pay 1/2 of the rent plus 1/2 of all utilities = $550 or < per mo.
