Summary

I am a 47 year old male looking for a room for rent. I am confiened to a wheelchair and would prefer a one level home. I am able to traverse a couple of steps at a time but not to exeede more than three steps in a row. I am a pretty easy going person that gets along with just about anyone male or female and kids are no issue either. I have no issues with pets although i have none of my own. I am pretty much self suficient and can perform any daily functions from cooking and cleaning to laundry.
