Hi, my name is Rachel Jones. I teach Social Work at Milligan College and am a doctoral student at ETSU. I live in the tree streets on West Poplar, about a mile from ETSU and I have a room for rent in my home. Rent is $450 a month and includes all utilities. The home is well kept and clean.
